GARRETT Multi Zone
The Multi Zone’s twenty zones provide precise locations of one or more objects simultaneously. Multiple targets are indicated on both walkthrough panels simultaneously via bright LED zone indicators.
Each Garrett Multi Zone walkthrough includes a 1-hour emergency backup battery module. Keep your checkpoint functional in the event of a power outage or AC power disconnect. (A 10-hour operation battery is also available.)
This security device provides convenience with affordability. Equipped with optional casters, the Garrett Multi Zone can be moved quickly for special events. It can be operated on battery power and can be networked for control and monitoring purposes.

GARRETT Smart Scan
Our partners at Garrett Metal Detectors have developed a fully HIPAA compliant solution called the SmartScan, a thermal screening system that can be an add-on accessory or seamlessly integrated into an already-installed Garrett walk-through metal detector. This technology can allow entrances to become an efficient, multifunctional no-contact station, taking body temperature measurements while providing normal security screening operations with no long lines or extra hassle.
Seamless integration of the SmartScan into Garrett walk-through metal detectors allows initial temperature measurements to be taken along with normal screening operations.
The SmartScan system will scan temperatures, discretely provide a “Go” or “No Go” indication to the operator, and allow guests to proceed through the detector with no delay. Temperature Detection and Metal Detection functions may be used independently or together for simultaneous operation.

Originally designed for use at the 1984 Olympic Games, and continually updated to meet evolving metal detection needs. It can detect a medium sized pistol from 9″ distance; large knife from 6″; razor blades and box cutters from 3″ distance; foil wrapped drugs and tiny jewelry from 1″.
This self-calibrating device has digital microprocessor technology that eliminates the need for periodic sensitivity adjustments.
